Personal Training
Personal training is called personal training
because it's all about 'one on one' advice, guidance
and motivation. An individual training package
designed specifically for you.
Why?:
Different people have personal trainers for
different reasons. Some can't work without a
training partner; some have injuries that need
careful monitoring, and others have specific goals
like a marathon, losing weight or simply a desire to
get a little fitter. Personal training really is
for everyone.
Just imagine, you have someone to help you train, to
motivate you and of course to share the pain (well
almost). Just putting the appointment in your diary
is likely to help and with my experience and
knowledge you won’t end up doing the wrong exercises
or eating completely the wrong foods.
When?:
When
you are overweight, when you are underweight, when
you are unfit, when you want to get fitter, when you
have just had a baby, when you are in training, when
you are bored with training, when the kids have left
home, when the jeans don't fit, when you are too
busy to keep fit, when you are going skiing, when
Christmas has happened, when Summer is about to
happen, when aerobics has got boring, when you can't
avoid the mirror, when you always avoid the scales,
whenever you want to!
A personal training session will normally last for
one hour. This will follow along the lines of a
brief warm-up followed by your main training
programme where you will focus on your goals using
cardiovascular, strength or flexibility exercises.
Finally there will be a cool down or relaxation
period.
Group Sessions are also available – work out with
your friends.
