PRIVATE SESSIONS

Working on a 1-2-1 basis, sessions are for 1 hour. Consultation is necessary (free with your first session 15/30 minutes).  

 

SMALL GROUPS

Working in a group of 2 (min) 4 (max) Sessions are 1 hour.  If you have friends who would like to work together then why not keep the cost down?  Consultation necessary (free with first session 15/30 minutes). 

 

PRACTICE PLANS

A unique and the most affordable way to practice yoga outside of a class environment.  A practice plan is designed specifically for your needs as follows:

1.    Consultation

2.    Practice plan design followed by practice session

3.    Weekly telephone call to assess development

 

Following consultation a plan will be designed to suit your specific need.  A private session will follow to deliver the plan and answer any questions – approx 1 hour. A weekly telephone call to discuss any problems and assess development. 

 

The practice plan runs for one month.  After that month you decided if you want another plan, make changes to the current plan, or if you are happy to just continue.
