Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Nidra to aid a peaceful life

Do you need more peace and calm in your everyday life ?,  looking to reduce stress and tension?  Maybe you would just like to press pause for a little while, lie down in a calm, safe space, and just be ?


These sessions are just perfect for you.  When we take time to meditate we bring long-lasting health benefits into our lives, add to that the beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra and we find ourselves with the perfect solution for lowering stress levels, connecting to ourselves, being kinder to ourselves and improving our overall well-being.


You will be guided through a meditation practice followed by a deep Yoga Nidra relaxation. Each session will include a combination of both to help us to engage with our parasympathetic nervous system, which allows the body to relax, heal and find wellness.

There are two options for this session. You can join us in person in the studio or you can join us over Zoom. Choose the ticket option that you prefer when booking.

The studio session is held at Red Sky Yoga, Upstairs studio (back door entrance) 2a Hampson Street, Sale Moor, M33 3HJ

6.30pm – 7.45pm
